Telehealth Appointments
Telehealth Appointments will be offered Beginning April 13, 2020:
Seeing you in the office is always better, but it may not be prudent during the COVID-19 pandemic. Follow the instructions below if you are experiencing a non-urgent medical eye problem and would like to see our doctors online.
Please call us to schedule the visit. At this time, our staff will check voicemail daily Monday through Thursday and will try to respond to medical concerns within 24 hours. By requesting an appointment, you agree that you will be financially responsible for the telehealth visit. If the visit is covered by your insurance plan, you are responsible for any insurance copay, co-insurance or deductible.
A few minutes before your appointment, use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari on your mobile device or computer (that has video and audio capability) and type in the URL you will receive in your telehealth confirmation text.
Once you are virtually checked in, Dr.Eng or Dr. Lim will log in for your telemedicine doctor visit.
NOTE: Our doctors reserve the right to evaluate the condition and terminate the visit if they feel the condition is too complex or they are unable to diagnose it properly in this manner. If this is the case, you will need to come into the office physically for an evaluation. Your payment will be applied to the office visit.
